Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Important:

  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back
  • Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
  • Please contact us first to confirm the correct return address

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unboxing Proof Required

To ensure a smooth claim process, please record a video while opening your parcel:

  • Start recording before opening the package
  • Show the sealed parcel clearly
  • Record the full unboxing without cuts

For claims, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • A complete unboxing video showing the issue

⚠️ Claims without proper photo or video proof may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the issue

After review, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

In most cases, returning the item is not required.


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is not delivered within 60 days from dispatch, you may request:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement at no additional cost

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

We also do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect items ordered by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Delays due to customs clearance
  • Delays caused by events beyond our control

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, request a return (if eligible) and place a new order after approval.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or provider
